HomeAide caregivers are the most qualified in the industry. Our careful selection and screening process, proprietary training program and ongoing supervision are what make our caregivers special.
The selection and screening process includes both a written oral application and interview process, multiple reference checks, a thorough criminal background check and drug screening conducted by an independent medical laboratory.
HomeAideCare®, our proprietary training program developed by experienced RNs and health care experts, provides the unique caretaking skills required to properly provide non-medical in-home care for senior citizens, as well as ongoing training and supervision by experienced RNs.
HomeAide supervisors visit each client home a minimum of twice per week. The frequency of visits allows for ongoing quality assurance and optimum communication between HomeAide, clients, and family members. This is yet another example of how HomeAide allows clients to enjoy the most comfortable in-home experience possible. |
